2. Main Features of the Service
YSSERP is a cloud-based, modular enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for managing sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, e-transformation, manufacturing and similar business processes on one platform. Services sold on the site:
- YSSERP packages: Annually billed cloud subscriptions provided with the selected number of users and modules. The Custom package has unlimited users.
- Hourly services: Migration and training support and custom development; provided for the hours purchased and billed once.

3. Price, Taxes and Payment
Prices are published in Euro. The total in Turkish Lira including VAT is shown in the order summary together with the exchange rate used. For annual subscriptions, the renewal price is calculated using the current price and exchange rate on the renewal date. Payment is taken by debit or credit card on the secure page of a licensed payment institution. There is no delivery charge, as the service is provided electronically.
4. Delivery and Performance
The service is performed electronically. Setup details are collected at checkout; setup starts once payment is confirmed and is completed within 30 days at the latest. The service is deemed delivered when setup, configuration and database creation are completed and the access details are sent to you.

Payment is confirmed, the order is set to Pending and the setup details given during checkout are checked.
- 2Installing
Server resources are allocated; the system is installed and configured and the database is created.
- 3Active
Access details are delivered and the system goes live. The service is deemed delivered at this point.
5. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal once setup has started. YSSERP is a service performed instantly in electronic form, and its setup starts immediately with your express consent given at checkout. Once setup has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and the delivered service is not refunded.
You may cancel your order before setup starts. For hourly services, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase if the service has not started. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Buyers purchasing for commercial or professional purposes. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Technical Requirements
An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are all you need to use YSSERP; it works on computers, tablets and phones. Physical POS, scale and other device integrations require compatible hardware; compatibility can be confirmed with us before ordering.
7. Complaints and Disputes
You can send complaints to info@yellowstonesoft.com or call +90 537 735 05 02. Consumer Buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes with Business Buyers, the courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli have jurisdiction.
8. Keeping the Documents
The version of this form and of the Distance Sales Agreement that you accept is stored with your order together with the time of acceptance and sent to you with the order confirmation. The documents are always available on these pages.
